Pack-In & Pack-Out Horse Pack Service

This reservation deposit secures your scheduled pack-in and pack-out (round-trip) services and reserves the required labor, and advance scheduling for our team.

The base packer fee is $1,600 total for round-trip pack-in and pack-out services ($800 per trip). This base fee includes all packer labor and logistical coordination for both trips.

All horses, whether used as pack horses or riding horses, are $250 per horse, per trip (in and out). There is no limit to the number of horses used, and members of your group may choose to ride if desired.

Final payment for horse usage is due on site at the time of service and must be rendered via cash or check.

This service is offered as a round-trip pack-in and pack-out only. One-way services are available by phone.

Our Pack-In & Pack-Out Horse Pack Service provides round-trip transportation of YOUR gear and supplies to and from our approved camp locations based on several factors including experience levels within designated regions of Unit 18 using horses. If new to horse-packing, we will help with ideas on how to prepare and pack food. If you are new to the region we encourage you to ride so you can see the area, landmarks, drainages, ridges, etc. and be able to ask the staff questions. We pick out locations that have excellent drinking water and are ideal for foot hunting. These are pre-designated locations.

• Camp setup or teardown

• Food, cooking, or camp services
• Guide services
• On-site camp support during your stay
