PACK SERVICES: Starting at $1025 ($800 deposit required)
Let us help with hauling your gear, harvest and self in and/or out of the Troublesome Basin. Depending on your needs and hunting success this service can be designed around your specific requests. $800 deposit due upfront to initiate booking process.

Simple Package (Ride and Pack: One way): $1250
$800(staff) + $225(pack horse) + $225(riding horse) = $1250
Ultimate Package (Ride and Pack: Round Trip): $2500
$800(2) + $225(2) + $225(2) = $2500
Variable Package (Ride in - hike out): $1025
$800(staff) + $225(gear horse)=$1025
Animal Pack Out (one way): $1025
$800+$225=$1025
Essentially at a minimum a horse and packer/guide need to be reserved for $1025. From there if you want to ride a horse in too you can or if you want to hike in and have just your gear hauled in that is an option. If you are successful and want your animal packed out we can arrange that too.
As any hunter knows there's lots of different scenarios and we aim to try to accommodate your needs. Hiking is optional to save on the cost. Though, if you are new, we recommend that you ride into your location, though it is not required. That way you can see the area, landmarks, drainages, ridges, etc. and be able to ask the staff questions. If new to horse-packing, we will help with ideas on how to prepare and pack food. We haul your gear in and help set you up for success. We pick out locations that have excellent drinking water and are ideal for foot hunting. These are pre-designated locations. We ask that you bring a Sat phone
or inreach to communicate with the main camp on pack-in/pack-out trips.
Due to the nature of hunting this service is variable depending on your hunting success and packing needs. We can accommodate your needs but need to have an initial deposit to ensure your reservation and that there is staff and horses available. If you have lots of gear or fill your tag and want an additional pack horse we can supply that for an additional $225 based on availability.
